Knowing that you have responsibilities is not so difficult, until you have been asked by someone to get everything done ASAP and this is not the worst but the fact that you have been given a duty that is none of your concern is much harder. In such conditions work starts from the beginning when you first have to become skilled at and study the whole subject to have enough awareness to debate over it when someone is trying to sway you with his knowledge.

I had to start off by following the same course of action, doing an in-depth study of the subject I was sure that if I try hard I can get the work done on time and get the best out of what was available. The work process was very hard because of the place I was working had a whole managerial structure; it made communication between people and departments very tough. Following the whole managerial hierarchy I still made it possible for myself to go through the whole process and finding my way out.

Finally the stage of development was complete and the product was kind of not acceptable for the organization to work out with but what could I do when I had no idea of what the application design was supposed to be like?, After everything people came to a consensus that now I am responsible for the design of the app as well. I researched again for the best design I can come across and finally got a user friendly GUI designed.

The results after the whole process was that the company had got what they required, as well as I had came across a whole process in which  I had learned a lot as to how each and every part of an organization operates. A simple tip that I would like to give to everyone who is working in an organization and follows a complete organizational structure should do is:

“Be very sure of what you want or you won’t be able to get through, hurdles come in your way but the person who knows what he wants would never look at what the problems are, rather he would be much more interested in getting the preeminent results”
